Dan Cremons :

Author & Founder, Accelera Partners

Dan has diverse experience in investing, portfolio ops, and operating, having played across most of the positions on the PE-field during his 13 years at Alpine Investors, a top-decile mid-market private equity firm. He also held several CEO/CXO roles in portfolio companies during periods of transition and transformation. Dan leveraged all of this experience to write "Winning Moves: 105 Ways to Create Value in PE-Backed Companies", a book which has become the de-facto field guide for value creation in mid-market & lower-mid-market private equity. 

Dan describes himself as a Midwestern state-school kid who stumbled into PE. His experience, and now his expertise, lies broadly in the intersection of value creation and human capital in PE-backed companies.   

Christopher Westington :

Director of Portfolio Management and Value Creation, BCI

Having joined BCI in 2022, Chris leads the Value Creation program for the Private Equity asset class. BCI's Value Creation strategy focuses on alpha generation across our PE portfolio by partnering with management teams to scale profitable growth and drive performance improvement opportuntiies. 

Prior to BCI, Chris was VP of Strategic Finance at Rent the Runway, where he oversaw numerous strategic commercial and operational initiatives ahead of a successful IPO in 2021. Prior to that, Chris has wide experience across Finance, Strategy, and 10 years in M&A transaction services. 

Chris graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of New Jersey. 

Ömer Güven, CFA :
