Aaron leads the investment origination efforts for Lion Equity Partners, including deal sourcing and evaluation, marketing, and add-on acquisition initiatives for portfolio companies.
Aaron also serves on the Global Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth, where he leads programming for Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy professionals. He has developed and Chaired numerous events including the national Strategic Acquirer Summit, the Corporate Development Summit at the Rocky Mountain Corporate Growth Conference, and most recently, he was Chair of DealMAX 2023.
Prior to joining Lion Equity, Aaron was an Investment Banking Analyst for J.P. Morgan. At J.P. Morgan, he was responsible for financial valuation and analysis, due diligence, and evaluating M&A opportunities for mid-corporate companies in the Rocky Mountain region.

As EVP of Corporate Development at Progress, Jeremy is responsible for sourcing, executing and integrating Mergers and Acquisitions, which are essential elements of Progress' Total Growth Strategy. Since joining Progress, Jeremy has been the driving force behind building the company's acquisition pipeline and simultaneously leading the close and integration of three deals.
Jeremy spent over 20 years leading M&A functions in publicly traded technology companies with inorganic growth strategies. Prior to joining Progress, he was Global Head of Corporate Development at LogMeIn, and previously he served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Akamai Technologies. During his Corporate Development career, Jeremy has completed nearly 40 acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures resulting in an aggregate value of over $9 billion.
A thought leader with frequent speaking and podcast appearances, Jeremy holds an MBA in Strategy and Corporate Finance from Cornell's University Johnson School of Management and a BA in Government and Economics from Bowdoin College. Jeremy is currently on the Advisory Board of M&A Science and is serving a 4-year term on the Alumni Council at Bowdoin.
Tanguy is CEO and Co-founder of Finquest, a Fintech he set up to disrupt the world of deal sourcing in the middle market. Prior to Finquest, Tanguy was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and advised on post-merger integration and JV projects in pharma and aerospace. He has built Finquest to become the leading deal-sourcing provider, harnessing the power of data, AI, and people to help their private equity and corporate clients identify off-market M&A opportunities across the globe.
Tanguy has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, Reuters and is a frequent keynote speaker on Fintech and private equity.

Currently working as a senior advisor to major consulting and other firms, he has served as the executive director of the National Center for the Middle Market at The Ohio State University, chief marketing and knowledge officer of Booz & Company, editor-in-chief and managing director of Harvard Business Review, and as a member of the board of editors of Fortune magazine.
